Verizon Wireless Data Promo: Offers 4GB of Data for $30, Starting November 8th
As part of the ongoing Droid RAZR launch festivities, Verizon Wireless announced a new data promotion it will be kicking off beginning on November 8th. The data promotion doubles 4G plan caps as a way to celebrate the Droid RAZR’s pending arrival.The Droid RAZR smartphone is still expected to launch officially on November 11, at 11:11AM. So how does the promo tie in? Reportedly anyone with an LTE-equipped smartphone who gets a $30 data plan from November 8th, will have the bandwidth cap doubled from its normal 2GB to 4GB.
The promo doesn’t include any 3G devices where additional bandwidth isn’t as essential. We’re not sure how long the data promo will last, but we’re assuming this promo might carry until the end of the year. Existing subscribers have to request Verizon to change the plan.
