We had a sneaky suspicion today would be a big day in wireless news, and it comes as no surprise that Verizon chose today to make the Droid 4 finally official.
The highly anticipated handset will ship with Android 2.3.5, and with the promise of an Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade in the coming months after its launch. Don’t be fooled by the handset’s slim, half an inch thick profile for a QWERTY slider, as the specs don’t disappoint. Underneath its 4-inch qHD display lies a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of memory.
