HTC Endeavor changes its name to One X; specs still stellar
The device that recently saw its handsome spec sheet leak thanks to its Android 4.0 ROM Update Utility, is once again making news, this time with a name change before it is revealed in the upcoming MWC, if sources are to be believed. The device formerly leaked as the Endeavor made a jump at the moniker Edge, and it seems HTC is now settling on “OneX” (yes, exactly like that with the superscripted X). The same will be true for the HTC Ville, a 1.5GHz dual-cored device that will ultimately be released as the OneS, also rumored to be shown off at the MWC.
As you may already know, the OneX will purportedly feature a beastly 1.5GHz quad-core Tegra 3 CPU, 1GB of RAM, a HD display of 4.7 inches capable of 1280×720 pixel resolution, NFC, an 8MP camera, Beats Audio and of course, ICS with a much more refined version of HTC’s SenseUI.
We can’t wait to lay our eyes/hands on this device and hope it will indeed appear at the upcoming MWC.
