Verizon Samsung Jasper Leaks Out on Twitter: Android 4.0, 1.5GHz Snapdragon Processor, Revamped ICS Menu Key
We love a good leak to close out the week, and it’s no different in the case of the long time rumored Samsung Jasper, or otherwise known as the SCH-I200, for Verizon. The phone’s image and details have made their way to our favorite 140 character social media outlet Twitter. According to the deets, the device will sport a dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon MSM8960 processor, LTE connectivity, a mid-range WVGA 800 x 480 display and Android 4.0. It appears that for the first time the Jasper will actually have a dedicated key for multitasking, which will replace the traditional search button in addition to a redesigned ICS-like menu key.
We still don’t have an exact release date for the long awaited Jasper, but given the amount of time that this device has been in the works we’re just hoping to see it launch before summer’s end.
