RIM Reminds Us They Are Still In The Game With A BB 10 Hardware Teaser
Blackberry maker, Research In Motion (RIM) is banking on the hope that consumers haven’t abandoned their ship completely. With the new year right around the corner RIM is pushing for a resurrection of its brand and its hardware. The company released a small teaser of its future BB 10 handset, which boldly suggests hardware that is “Re-designed. Re-engineered. Re-invented.” This is all part of an aggressive registration strategy to encourage consumers to sign up for news updates about the unreleased platform.
The teaser leaves a lot of details surrounding the mystery hardware left to the imagination still, but the official BB 10 reveal is scheduled for January 30th. Let’s hope RIM gives us something immensely innovative to jump start 2013 the right way.
