How to Enable Hibernate Mode in Windows 8
The Hibernate mode comes turned OFF by default in Windows 8 and if you’re not familiar with this new version of Windows, you may find it a bit difficult to find the mode and enable it. This guide will help you to enable the Hibernate Mode on your Windows 8 PC. Here you go:
I. Enabling Hibernate Mode in Windows 8:
1. Locate the battery icon in system tray and click on it.
2. Select More power options link from there.
3. Select Choose what the power buttons do on the next screen.
4. Now select Change settings that are currently unavailable.
5. Scroll down and you’ll see some boxes. Checkmark the box that says Hibernate and hit Save changes.
6. You’re done!
