How to Add Control Panel Shortcut to Start Screen in Windows 8

Keeping all your favorite apps’ shortcuts on Start Screen is a good idea as it lets you jump to any app within a single click. If you happen to browse around Control Panel a lot, you may want to add its shortcut to your start screen. Here’s how you can do that:

I. Adding Control Panel Shortcut to Start Screen in Windows 8:

1. Press the Windows Logo key on your keyboard and the Start Menu will appear.

2. Type in Control Panel and it’ll appear in the results.
