Acer getting ready to launch new tablet line on November 23rd
No surprise there. The tablet seems to be the flavor of the season right now with the Apple iPad already a big hit and the Samsung Galaxy Tab on its way there, and now Acer is joining the ranks with its plans to reveal a lineup of tablets next month. The news was outed by Acer CEO, Gianfranco Lanci, in an interview to Dow Jones recently and though no specifics regarding the preferred operating system were disclosed, Mr Lanci did reveal an approximate pricing range of between $299 and $699, with their aim to have a leg in on devices starting from 3 inches to 20 inches.
The first tablet in the lineup is set to be released on November 23rd, just in time for the holiday rush to kick in, so don’t go buying your tablet yet in case you miss out on something better from Acer.
