Android 4.0 coming to a HTC Sensation near you very soon, already rolling out in Nordic Countries
The One X and the One S may have swept us off the floor this MWC, but it’s still the Sensation that is ruling the roost until these two superphones are released by HTC. And what can make this device better than it is already? Ice-cream Sandwich of course, which seems to be coursing towards devices in some European countries, including Germany possibly.
While there are a ton of custom ROMs to play with for the HTC Sensation, an official release of an update is always appreciated since the device manufacturer will have update suited to a tee for the device, ensuring maximum performance and a better user experience (well, most of the times). That, and the fact that there will be a newer, original kernel for the devs to create better custom ROMs based on it.
Like we said before, the update is only available now in the Nordic regions, but the ever-resourceful XDA people have the OTA file pulled from the update for those who can’t wait for that notification to pop up. Head over to the XDA thread in question for a test run before the real deal.
