Boost Mobile Rumored to Add iPhone 4 and 4S in September
Cricket Wireless won’t be the only US prepaid wireless carrier to offer the iPhone 4 or 4S, as Boost Mobile is expected to soon offer up Apple’s latest and greatest. According to TechnoBuffalo, Boost Mobile is preparing to make the announcement official in the beginning of September. Unfortunately, September is a few months away so we’re left hoping Boost decides to confirm this rumor a lot sooner.
Hopefully Boost Mobile users will be able to relish in their infamous unlimited plan for $50 a month with Shrinkage. If Boost makes that plan available for new iPhone users they could get their bill down to $35 for unlimited talk, text, and web as long as they pay their bill on time. Regardless of what types of plans that are in the works, we’re just happy to see the prepaid niche receive some competition. Who knows, maybe this will pave the road for higher-end Android smartphones to also make their debut on the prepaid scene.
