Devs get Honeycomb working on CDMA Galaxy Tabs
While Samsung and Google have been mum on release of Android 3.0 to the popular 7-inch tablet, developer Spacemoose1 over at XDA seems hard at work to actually get the thing on to the tablet. The efforts have already paid off to some extent and there is now a working, albeit unstable, release of the Honeycomb for the CDMA version of this device. The only functional components as of now are its base system and hardware acceleration, but it’s a start nonetheless and there is much to hope for.
We’ll keep you in the loop as things improve and you should soon see a How-To once a stable, better-functioning build is out.
Samsung should develop Honeycomb for galaxy Tab 7″. It was a scam when they launched it but didn’t mention that it won’t n ever be upgraded by them
