Google Launches Google Offers Android App: Get Deals Pushed Directly to You
Who doesn’t enjoy a good deal? Google is hoping that Android users are down for a local bargain with their latest app Google Offers. The company has just released the dedicated Android app, and it is available now for free in the Android Market.
The app enables Android users to receive daily and localized deal notifications pushed out to them without having to use a more generalized or limited app like Google Shopper or Google Wallet. The app also allows the user to organize and redeem deals directly.
As far as the app being compatible on other platforms outside of Android, Google has asked iOS users to “stay tuned” for an equivalent app. No word on an exact date yet.
