How to Enable Tethering on AT&T’s HTC One X

If you are suffering from the problem of not being able to Tether your AT&T’s One X smartphone, then here’s a quick solution for you. The solution provided below will fix your tethering problems and you will be able to start a WiFi HotSpot afterwards. Here you go.

I. Before You Begin:

1. You must have rooted your HTC One X before doing this procedure. Please head to our how to root AT&T HTC One X procedure first, finish it, then return to this procedure and continue.

2. You must have ADB installed on your PC. If it isn’t installed, then do it now from here.

II. Downloading Required Files:

1. Download the One Click Tether Enabler from here.

III. Enabling Tether on AT&T’s HTC One X smartphone:

1. Place the downloaded file on the Desktop of your PC.

2. Connect your phone to your PC with the help of the USB cable.

3. Extract files from the ZIP archive you downloaded and place them on your Desktop.

4. Double-click the tether.bat file to begin the process.

5. You will see instructions on your screen, just follow them.

All your Tether problems will go away once you are done with the Step-5. Now, you can share your phone’s Internet connection with other devices using WiFi HotSpot, it saves you some bucks !
