How to Increase Camera Quality of the Nexus 4
Not getting the Image quality you were expecting from the Nexus 4? No worries, there’s now a mod that helps increase the Image and video quality of your Nexus 4 so that you can capture your life scenes in a better quality. Here’s how you can do that:
I. Before You Begin:
1. You must have rooted your Nexus 4 before doing this procedure. Check out our How to Root the Nexus 4 guide to root your device.
2. You must have ClockworkMod Recovery installed on your device. If you followed our guide above, you have it already.
II. Downloading Required Files:
1. Camera Mod (Download link’s available in the first post)
III. Increasing Camera Quality of the Nexus 4:
1. Place the Camera Mod file on your Desktop.
2. Connect your device to your PC using the USB cable.
3. Copy the Mod file over to the root of your SD card.
4. Once it’s been copied, disconnect your device from your PC.
5. Now go to Google Play and download and install the Quick Boot app on your device.
6. Once it’s been installed, launch it from your App Drawer.
7. Hit Recovery option in the app and your device will reboot into Recovery mode.
8. In the Recovery mode, select install zip from sdcard followed by choose zip from sdcard.
9. Choose the Camera Mod zip file to be flashed on your device.
10. It’ll start flashing the file on your device and once it’s done, reboot your device.
11. You’re all set!
Excellent! The Camera Mod’s been successfully installed on your device and you will now be able to capture Images and videos in stunning quality!
