i goes recovery mode there i press choss zip sdcard i will open but there are no file.
You’re lucky to get into Recovery Mode, I get a factory reset. Anyway, the zip’s supposed to be in the root of the SD card. I’ve put mine there but that hasn’t made a difference, still get factory reset on Power+Home+VolDown
You can use apps like Quick Boot to easily get into Recovery mode. Thanks!
Thanks for the suggestion, but it doesn’t work either. It just factory-resets my phone
That’s weird. Do you have a customized version of the phone or what? Others aren’t having any issues going into recovery mode.
Thanks for the attention. The phone’s not customized far as I know, got it straight from the local LG office. Out of the box, it did come with Frodo, which the sales staff offered to upgrade to Gingerbread. Shouldn’t make a difference, should it?
Update: I’ve gotten into recovery! Don’t remember now if I used the file in the link above, might’ve been another one. Also managed to get KitKat on it, after much factory-resetting, rebooting, trying out different ROMs, etc. I do get Unfortunately, Google Search has stopped working errors, but I’m looking at a thread in XDA-Developers. I’ll work on it later, been a tiring week-and-a-half 🙂
Also tried Quick Reboot, same result

use mobile uncle tool for flashing and getting into recovery mode easily
