How to Root Transformer, Transformer Prime and Transformer TF300T with Single Click
If you own any of the Transformer series tablet, then you have a very simple way to root it. Recently, a developer on XDA Forum posted a single-click Root method for these devices, in which you just need to run a single root file and it will do all the rooting task. Here’s a guide on how you can root your Transformer Series tablet with Single Click.
I. Before You Begin:
1. Your device’s warranty will be voided once you root it. However, you can get it back in future by either applying stock firmware or unrooting your device.
2. Make sure your device is fully charged, this is to ensure an uninterrupted rooting process.
II. Downloading Required Files:
1. Download the Single-Click Root Package from here.
III. Rooting Transformer Tablet with Single-Click:
1. Place the downloaded Rooting Package onto your Desktop.
2. Extract files from it and place them on your Desktop.
3. Enable USB debugging on your device. To do so, go to Menu>>Settings>>Applications>>Development>>USB debugging.
4. Connect your device to your PC using the USB cable.
5. Double-click the RootDebugfs.bat to start the rooting process.
6. Follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
Your device will reboot and when it starts up, you will have root access on it. The single-click root method has really made your rooting job much easier, just a click and you are good to go.
