How to Setup a Guest Mode for Other Users on the LG G3
If you have a kid or someone who is constantly wanting to use your phone, you probably are pretty weary of handing it over. I mean, it’s your phone. That companion that is always within arm’s reach, that device that has houses all of the people you know, all the photos you take on a daily basis, etc. Who would want to let someone else fiddle with it and possible mess something up?
Luckily LG has a solution (like most manufacturers nowadays) to this problem: Guest Mode. Guest mode allows you to set up a separate account on the device that can be accessed using a special pin code or password (different from your normal one) that lets that person only use specific apps and access to limited settings, etc.
Here’s how to set it up and use it:
1. Pull down the Notification Shade and tap the gear in the top right to get to Settings.
2. Tap the General Tab.
3. Tap on Guest Mode.
4. Tap on Allowed App.
5. Check off all the apps you want them to be able to use in guest mode.
6. Tap back when done and tap on Wallpaper if you want to change the wallpaper for guest mode.
7. Choose the gallery to pick the wallpaper from.
8. Choose the photo to use as the wallpaper and tap Set Wallpaper.
9. Tap Lock Screen Type.
10. If you don’t have one of the four following lock screen types already set, it will force you to choose one and set it. This is for your normal account (not guest mode).
11. Enter in the pin/passcode/knock code/pattern and tap continue (remember this is going to be the passcode to get into the normal account on the device).
12. Confirm the passcode.
13. Tap OK.
14. Now, set a passcode for guest mode. Whenever this is entered the device will open guest mode, with the restrictions active, instead of your main account.
15. Confirm the passcode for guest mode.
16. Tap ON at the top right to enable guest mode.
17. Enter the guest passcode on the lock screen.
18. You should now be in guest mode.
19. To enter your normal Android mode, enter in your original passcode.
20. You should see your normal Android home screen.
There you go. Now you can use this ease your nerves when handing over your phone.

How to get OUT of / disable guest mode?
Lock the screen and enter your original pin code to unlock it (instead of the guest pin code you made when setting up guest mode).
I cant find that guest mode below secutiry tab.
Can you post a screenshot?
