How to Uninstall Mulitple Apps at Once in Windows Phone 8.1
When our phone’s storage is nearing its end, we all have to make sacrifices. We don’t want to delete our music as we need it every day on our way to school or work and we also don’t want to delete photos or videos, because they’re part of our memories. But we still have loads of unused apps installed on our phone, which are consuming your storage.
With Windows Phone 8.1’s Storage Sense app, we can see exactly how much storage an app is using and we can uninstall several apps at once with a few taps. Just follow our instructions.
1. Open the Storage Sense-app by by swiping to the left on your homescreen and searching for it in your app list.
2. Tap on phone.
3. Click on select, which is found in the app bar on the bottom of your screen.
4. Select the apps you want to uninstall using the checkboxes on the left hand side and tap uninstall after that.
5. Now you just need to confirm and your apps will be uninstalled.
You can also use this Storage Sense to uninstall apps from your SD card, by tapping SD card instead of phone in step two. With this app you can select where programs are installed and even move them from phone to your SD card by clicking on move instead of uninstall in the fourth step of our guide.
