How to Unroot the Asus Transformer Prime Tablet
After loading some good custom ROMs on your tablet and enjoying root-only apps, are you thinking to go back to the factory state? If so, then here we have something good for you. The following guide explains how you can unroot your Transformer Prime tablet so you can get that fresh feeling of having a brand-new, unmodified device. Here you go:
I. Before You Begin:
1. You should have rooted your device using the procedure given here.
2. Close the Asus Sync app if it is running on your PC as it can interrupt the unroot process.
II. Downloading Required Files:
1. viperMOD (Download link’s given in the first post at bottom)
III. Unrooting the Asus Transformer Prime Tablet:
1. Download and place the viperMOD Tool on your Desktop.
2. Extract files from the viperMOD archive to your Desktop.
3. Install the Drivers that you extracted from the archive.
4. Connect your tablet to your PC using the USB cable.
5. Double-click the viperMOD PrimeTime.exe file.
6. A Command Prompt like window will appear, choose the option no-3 from the list and hit Enter.

7. It should start unrooting your tablet.
8. You will get a confirmation on your screen when your tablet has been unrooted. You can now safely disconnect it from the PC.
Congrats ! The Transformer Prime has now been unrooted and now it is functioning as it used to when you bought it.
