If you happen to have messed-up with your Coby Kyros MID7015 and need to send it in to service center, make sure you unroot it first. Unrooting will reinstate the warranty of your device and your device will become service center friendly. Here’s how you can do that:
I. Before You Begin:
1. You must have rooted your device using the procedure given here. If you used any other method to root your device, this procedure might not work for you.
2. Your device should have at least 50% of battery life left.

III. Unrooting the Coby Kyros MID7015:
1. Place the z4Root APK file onto your Desktop.
2. Plug in your device to your PC using the USB cable.
3. Copy the z4Root APK file over to the root of your SD card.
4. Once it’s been copied, unplug your device from your PC.
5. Head over to Menu>>Settings>>Applications>>Developement and turn ON the USB debugging option.
6. Enable the Unknown sources option as well by heading to Menu>>Settings>>Applications>>Unknown sources.
7. Open the File Manager app on your device and install the APK you copied earlier.
8. Once the app’s been installed, launch it from your App Drawer.
