How to Unroot the MSI Windpad Enjoy 10 Plus
Sick and tired of using root-access on your MSI Windpad Enjoy 10 Plus and wish to unroot it? No problem, here’s how you can do that. Unrooting the tablet is as easy as downloading and flashing the stock firmware, here’s how:
I. Before You Begin:
1. You should have rooted your device using the procedure given here.
2. Make sure your device has at least 70% of battery life left.
3. You must have appropriate drivers installed on your PC. If you don’t, download them from here.
II. Downloading Required Files:
1. Stock ROM (Download the latest version available)
2. Update Utility (Download link’s given beneath the firmware link)
III. Unrooting the MSI Windpad Enjoy 10 Plus:
1. Download and place both the files on your Desktop.
2. Unzip files from both the archives over to your Desktop.
3. Turn OFF your device.
4. Make sure to plug-in the AC adapter to your device.
5. Connect your device to your PC using the USB cable.
6. Double-click on the Update Utility executable file and it’ll open.
7. Click on Open and choose the Firmware you downloaded earlier to your Desktop.
8. Hold down Volume UP+Power buttons on your device and insert a pin to the reset hole. It’ll reset your device.
9. The Update Utility will show your device as Connected.
10. Hit Upgrade button in the tool and it’ll start flashing the stock firmware on your device.
11. It’ll take some good time to finish the job, so be patient.
12. Once the firmware’s been flashed, reboot your device.
13. You’re all done!
