How to Unroot the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge (Sprint)
Maybe your Samsung Galaxy Note Edge (Sprint) has become buggy after you flashed a custom ROM on it? Maybe your device isn’t working as good as it did when you purchased it? Either way, this guide should help you flash the stock firmware on your device and unroot it. It’ll replace the custom ROM you’re running on your device with the stock one. Here’s how:
Unrooting is the process of removing root access, a custom recovery (if you have one), and just trying to get the device back to as close to stock as possible.
Some of the reasons for unrooting your Samsung Galaxy Note Edge (Sprint) are:
- Sending in the device for warranty (most, but not all unrooting procedures reinstate the manufacturer warranty if you had one before rooting).
- Starting over (simply undoing everything you did while rooted so you can have a clean slate to start over).
- Fix any issues (Maybe rooting messed something up? No problem, unrooting will take care of it for you).
Ready to get started? Here’s how to unroot the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge (Sprint):

SO this broke my Samsung note Edge from sprint…….i wouldn’t do it, im not saying the above doesn’t work, all i know is my phone is garbage now. every time it boots it says “firmware update error occurred”. There is no way to factory reset due to the S/N not printed on the phone. the Kies program is suppose to repair this issue but samsung has told me that the edge from sprint is not supported for Kies. Thankfully sprint allowed me to exchange, even with knox 0x1 void warranty.
Just stay away!!!
