How to Unroot the Samsung Galaxy S3 (NTT DoCoMo)
Got your Samsung Galaxy S3 (NTT DoCoMo) rooted? Wondering if you could return to the stock firmware because you now want your lost warranty back? No problem, we’ll help you get your device back to stock. Unrooting has many advantages, like it restores the warranty of your device, lets you receive OTA updates and so on. Getting the Galaxy S3 back to stock isn’t a difficult task and our guide below makes it dead easy for you to accomplish the task. So, let’s get onto the procedure.
I. Before You Begin:
1. You should have rooted your device using the procedure given here.
2. Your device needs to have at least 70% of battery life left.
3. This works on Windows based PCs only.
4. This works for the SC-06D model only.
II. Downloading Required Files:
1. Stock Firmware (Download the appropriate firmware for your device)
2. Odin
III. Unrooting the Samsung Galaxy S3 (NTT DoCoMo):
1. Download and place both the files onto your Desktop.
2. Unzip files from both the archives over to your Desktop.
3. Launch the Odin tool by double-clicking on its executable file you have on your Desktop.
4. Hit PDA and select the Stock Firmware file you just extracted to your Desktop.
5. Checkmark the boxes labeled as Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time.
6. Leave the Repartition box unchecked, it’s important.
7. Turn OFF your device.
8. Reboot your device into Download mode by pressing and holding the Volume DOWN+Home+Power buttons together.
9. Connect your device to your PC using the USB cable.
10. Hit Start button in the Odin and it’ll begin flashing the stock firmware.
11. Once the firmware’s been flashed, your device will automatically reboot.
12. And you’re all done!
Wonderful! Your device’s been unrooted and is now back to the stock firmware. All of those stock apps are present in your App Drawer, if you’re wanting to access them!

Well, flashing a stock firmware doesn’t cause SIM issues. Are you sure your sim tray is not damaged?
It must be a physical fault of your device and not the firmware’s issue.
