HTC EVO 3D confirmed for France
There were many showstealers at the CTIA this time around, but of them all, what particularly caught our eye was the HTC EVO 3D and guess what, this one may not be too far away from a release. The French division of the smartphone company has confirmed on Twitter recently that this 3D device will be launched in France soon, although they did forget to specify exactly when. That’s okay for now, as we at the least know that if the device is being readied for a European launch, then a stateside release may not be too far behind.
If you have been following our CTIA 2011 coverage these past few days, you would already know that the HTC EVO 3D is a CDMA smartphone boasting a no-glasses 4.3-inch Super LCD 3D display, dual 5mpx lens for some 3D/HD video action, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, and the other usual bells and rings that come standard with an Android phone (this one runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread) nowadays.
We’ll get you more on the HTC EVO 3D as it pops up!
