HTC Touch Pro 2 gets an update, reminds us Windows Mobile 6.5 isn’t completely dead
This definitely is the age of Android and the iOS (not to mention Windows Phone 7), but it hasn’t been too long to forget a popular device such as the Touch Pro 2. It seems like HTC hasn’t forgetten too and the QWERTY-toting Touch Pro 2 now has an update, although the company fails to tell us exactly what it brings. The only info on it is that it “updates the system stability” and if you are still rocking this old gun, you might want to check it out.
The file is only about 156 Kilobytes, so we are guessing there won’t be any discernible change to your WinMo phone, but it wouldn’t hurt to give it a go. Head over to HTC for full instructions and the download link.
