HTC unlocks bootloaders for Desire and Wildfire devices
After announcing a couple of weeks ago that it will unlock bootloaders for most of its devices, HTC has gone on to fulfill its promise. The Rezound was amongst the devices to get this boon recently and this time around it’s the Wildfire and Desire devices – these include the Desire HD, the original Desire, the original Wildfire and Wildfire S.
Head to HTCdev.com right now if you want the tools to unlock your bootloader and once that is done, be sure to check out our selection for custom ROMs if you feel a change is needed for your device.
