Leaked Memo: Best Buy Expecting iPhone 5 for Sprint, Pre-Orders Beginning Next Week For October Launch?
According to a leaked memo obtained by BGR, it appears that Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores are anticipating taking pre-orders for the iPhone 5 starting next week with a launch date scheduled for the first week in October.
The memo further mentions that Sprint will in fact be carrying the iPhone 5 at launch. Despite a solid confirmation from Sprint yet, the Now Network has been widely expected to carry the iPhone 5 for quite some time now.
Best Buy makes sure to note that Apple product introduction and launch dates are subject to change. As with most rumors and leaks surrounding the next generation iPhone, we’ll believe it when we see it.
