LG Confirms Optimus Vu Headed to U.S. Consumers During Q3
If you’ve had your eye settled in on the 4:3 ration of the Optimus Vu, but have been disgruntled that you can’t score one here stateside, cry no more as LG is bringing one your way. The company just confirmed that a LTE variant of the hybrid device will soon make its way to U.S. consumers. Hopefully, that translates to a launch scheduled for sometime between now and the end of September.
We do know that the device is headed over to Verizon, and will most likely ship Android 4.o ready. The Optimus Vu sports a 5 inch display with 1024 x 768 pixels (4:3 aspect ratio), 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, 8MP rear camera, and 32GB of internal memory. We’re sure to see more of the wide-faced beauty as summer draws to a close.
