Motorola Sholes (Droid) Tablet Caught on Camera

Over at Mobile Android China, they seem to have gotten their hands on the rumored Motorola Sholes Tablet. The Sholes Tablet is looking like a UMTS/GSM device the has similar specs to the Sholes (Droid) but no physical keyboard.

But they didn’t just remove the keyboard, they added somethings too:

  • 8MP camera instead of 5MP
  • HDMI Output
  • Xenon Flash instead of Dual LED

Wonder if the rumors of the Sholes and Sholes tablet hitting T-Mobile USA are true as well…

  1. Wow im really hoping it does come. to tmobile, nice to have u back its been a while since you posted news almost. thought u gave up on the site nice to have u back

  2. I cant believe no damn keyboard….errr these phones seem to have potential…then bam…they come up short…I was hoping the next tmo phone would have droid killer potential, but they keep trying to compete with the damn iphone… nokia plz release the 9n00 to tmo asap

    1. G Zoe,

Ya even Nokia was rumored to release the N900 as a “test unit” to polish the OS before they release the N920 (which is the N900 without a keyboard and a capacitive screen). Again with the “for it to work, it needs to be an iPhone” crap.
I used the N900 for a week and I loved it 🙂 The browser alone is enough reason to get the phone, but eh when I get the phone back (hopefully by Monday) I’ll do a full review for everyone 🙂
And no need to wait for Tmo to pick it up, just buy it unlocked, I was getting T-Mobile 3.5G here in the US no problem 🙂

  3. I can buy the phone now but, the price is really steep. I was on xbox live and they had Nokia n900 wallpapers and gamer themes (really influencing me to buy). I will be waiting for the full review here. I heard rumors of the N900 developing a psx emulator (need more evidence).

    1. G Zoe,

Soon as I get my N900 back from Nokia (bastards taking FOREVER) I’ll get to work on the review and more how tos.
As for the PSX Emulator, let me know if you hear anything about it because the phone COULD do it its just a matter of someone making it do it…
