MSI Releases Afterburner App for iOS Devices
If you are dying to overclock your MSI motherboard and only have an iOS device, then it looks like you’re now in luck. Micro-Star International (MSI) has released an afterburner app for all iOS devices, which can be picked up for free via the App Store. It works in similar fashion to its Android counterpart by connecting to the main afterburner utility on your PC to allow remote tweaking and monitoring of your MSI motherboard. Tech blog the Inquirer explains further,
From the graphical interface of the app the graphics card can be monitored and adjusted in a number of ways. The display shows the core temperature, frequency, memory clock speed, and fan speed. It also includes control over the graphics card’s core and memory frequencies, fan speed, and the proprietary triple overvoltage function.
Users will require Afterburner running on their PC and IOS version 4.x or higher for the system to work.
