Samsung adds the the Galaxy M Pro and the Galaxy W to its high-end Android lineup
Revealed alongside the Galaxy Y phones, the Galaxy M Pro and the Galaxy W are much more powerful than the former devices, with better specs in the same form factors. Of the two, the Galaxy W emerges as a slightly higher end device than the Galaxy M Pro. Here’s why:

- 14.4Mbps HSDPA network support
- 5MP camera
- Bluetooth 2.1
- Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n
- 1500mAh battery
- Android 2.3 OS with TouchWiz UI
The Galaxy M Pro on the other hand boasts of specs like a 2.66-inch HVGA (480×320) TFT display, a 1GHz processor, a 5MP rear-facing camera with a front-facing VGA camera for various video communications, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 7.2Mbps HSDPA, and a 1350mAh battery. To give credence to the “Pro” tag in its name, the M Pro will feature a portrait QWERTY keypad to appear much more business like.
No pricing or availability details have been revealed, but expect to know more next week when both the handsets walk the red carpet at the IFA Expo 2011.
