Images Taken With Two Different Samsung Galaxy S IV Variants Leaked
Samsung has kept a tight lid on the elusive Galaxy S IV, but it appears some camera samples were accidentally uploaded on Google+. Unfortunately, the images have since been removed. However we can tell by looking at the EXIF data that the camera on both Galaxy S IV models uses a bright aperture off/2.2 and the focal length is 4.2mm. To put that into perspective the Galaxy S III has an aperture f/2.6 and focal length of 3.7mm.
The leaked images also show off the full model name of the South Korean variant, SHV-E3ooS and the full model name for AT&T’s variant, SGH-I337. AndroidGreed also recently reported that the Galaxy S IV model name for Sprint will be SPH-D806, while the one for Verizon should be called SCH-V727. According to their sources, the device is expected to hit the US in early June.
The next Galaxy S is rumored to feature an Exynos 5 Octa (8-Core) CPU, Mali-T658 (8-Core) GPU, 4.99″ Super AMOLED Full HD Resolution Display, 2GB of RAM, 13 Megapixel Rear facing Camera capable of shooting 1080p Full HD Videos at 30FPS, 2 Megapixel front facing camera capable of shooting 720p HD Videos and running Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean out of the box.
