Samsung Infuse 4G most likely to get Gingerbread update within this month
The device was released with Android 2.2 onboard but there was a hanging promise of an update to Gingerbread with no time frame specified. We now have a definite time frame and it’s coming from straight from the horse’s mouth. The carrier shot back via Twitter that the Infuse 4G will get updated in this month to a user’s question, which is very good news for those who bought the device back in May expecting the update.
Also on the lucky list are the HTC Inspire 4G (which got the update recently), the LG Phoenix, the Pantech Crossover and the Samsung Captivate. As always, we’ll be here to remind you when AT&T actually releases the update for any of these devices or the Infuse 4G.
