Siri0us Jailbreak Hack Places Siri Voice Dictation on iPhone 4
It didn’t take long for hacker Eric Day to work his Cydia magic and bring Siri voice dictation to jailbroken iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, and iPod Touch devices. Standing out from previous Siri hacks, this one does not need borrowed iPhone 4S files to work. Siri0us offers similar voice dictation to the official Siri dictation that iPhone 4S users have been enjoying for weeks now. Reportedly, the hack works smoothly on the iPhone 4, but may incur speed decreases on the iPhone 3GS and the current iPod Touch.
As with any unofficial hack, Siri0us is not sanctioned by Apple and the company can not offer any assistance if an iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, or iPod Touch user decides to take the Siri0us leap.
