Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro 2 poses for pictures
Barely a week after the news broke that there is such a device, the Xperia Mini Pro 2 has surfaced again, with more pictures this time and a few more specs to boot. The snaps were leaked by a Sony Ericsson employee from its Shenzhen, China factory, and we get to see the smartphone in its various poses.
The Mini Pro 2 supposedly runs on a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, which could change before the release, and a confirmed 5MP lens slapped on to its rear to record 720p HD video recording. There’s at least a 3-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 320×480 pixels with two capacitive touch keys and a physical home button below it. There’s also news of 512MB memory and 1GB ROM crammed in but this is yet to be confirmed. Also, as confirmed by the pictures, the device runs Android 2.3 operating system with heavy SE customization on top of it.
Rumors also point to a May release with no info on the device’s price yet. We’ll get you more when we know but until then, read on for a few more shots.
