Sony Tablet S On Sale Now for $599 Through the Home Shopping Network
The Home Shopping Network (HSN) is testing out its loyal consumer base to see who has a taste for tablets with the Sony Tablet S. The 16GB Wi-Fi slab is now for sale through HSN and interestingly enough is priced at $599, a full $100 more than Sony’s website price ($499). However, the tablet is still listed as pre-order only on Sony’s site, but has confirmed shipping with HSN along with their payment plan option.
The asymmetrical tablet is unique in design in that it was created to look like an open magazine. The weight of the tablet is slightly off-center which is thought to make the tablet easier to hold. Additional spec highlights include Android 3.1 (Honeycomb), NIVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor, and a Sony TruBlack 9.4 inch panel.
Any eager Sony fans interested in buying the Tablet S can head over to HSN now.
