Sprint Replenish now Gingerbread ready
This Samsung QWERTY smartphone came out with the now fading Froyo 2.2 operating system when it was released last May, forgot to catch up with the world until now, and yet still manages to stay behind. While the device is finally getting Android 2.3, a huge stepup from 2.2, it is likely to stay with Gingerbread for the rest of its life. Much stronger devices like the Galaxy S from the same company are being shunned their ICS fix, so it’s better for the users of the Replenish to reconcile to this fact or just move up to a higher-end device already. In any case, the 2.3 update is currently live and en route across the country via Sprint and the only option for Replenish owners is to play the waiting game until the notification prompting them to update pops up, assuming it hasn’t already.Source

The only issue is that we are now unable to reroot, so if anyone figures it out please post in the sameĀ forum.
