Verizon Continues its Quest: Will Bring LTE-Based 4G to 13 New Cities November 17th
Verizon Wireless continues to expand its blazing fast LTE-based 4G network by rolling out coverage to 13 new cities on November 17. Simultaneously, it will expand the coverage in five existing markets. By the end of the entire ordeal, a grand total of 178 cities should have Verizon 4G available.
The new markets that will blaze up on November 17 include Little Rock, Arkansas; Savannah, Georgia; Cedar Rapids and Des Moines in Iowa; Lexington, Kentucky; Kansas City and Springfield in Missouri; Lincoln, Nebraska; Orange County, New York; Greater Providence, Rhode Island; Rapid City, South Dakota; Roanoke, Virginia; and Appleton, Wisconsin.
The networks in Louisville, Kentucky; Grand Rapids, Michigan; Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Nashville, Tennessee will also be expanded to cover a wider area.
