Verizon Slashes Price On Sony Ericsson Xperia Play To $99
It’s a good day for Gamers who have been holding out to get their hands on the Xperia Play. In an effort to offer the device at a price most can’t refuse, Verizon Wireless has reduced the cost of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play to just $99.99 with a new two-year contract.
Introduced back in February, the Xperia Play is Verizon’s flagship smartphone to offer access to games from the PlayStation Suite. Featuring a full slide-out gamepad with PSP-style gaming buttons, this device is a must have.
In case you missed hearing about this beauty, the device is Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) enabled and houses a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 512MB of RAM, and a 4-inch 480 x 854 resolution display.
