Wall Street Journal Reports the Verizon Galaxy Nexus Will Be Priced at $299.99 On Two-Year Contract
With the blogosphere buzzing about Verizon’s expected December Galaxy Nexus launch, it comes as no surprise that the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) would get tipped on the handset’s pricing.
According to sources “familiar with the matter”, Verizon will offer new customers their Ice Cream Sandwich chills and thrills for $299.99 on a two-year contract. The high $299.99 price point would be in line with other high end smartphones like the HTC Rezound or the Motorola Droid RAZR, which are currently available for sale now.
Unfortunately, WSJ couldn’t squeeze an exact launch date out of their unnamed sources, so we’re stuck waiting with the rest of the world to see what the rest of December holds in store for us.
