Web-based Android Market now displays device compatibility info
The feature is already available when accessing the Market from an Android device, but this would definitely help those accustomed installing apps from the desktop browser. The Market now determines whether an app is compatible with any of your devices (assuming you have more than one Android device), before you start installing it from the webstore, saving you a precious few steps that would eventually lead to rejection if you have an incompatible device. You can find the collapsible list detailing your devices right below the big blue “Install/Buy” button, so be sure to scan it before you install.
Head over to the Market to check it out.
