Conclusion
I could have really used this app the other day, but then again I’m one of the handful of people I know that uses a Windows Phone, so it wouldn’t have worked anyway. The bus boy at the restaurant where I bartend got fired at the beginning of his shift the other day, and before he left, he decided that he would like to get my number. Fine, easy enough, I’ll just give him a fake one. We do it all the time, right? The problem arose when my manager walked out of the kitchen to see his ex-bus boy getting his new bartender’s digits, and that’s just not good for business. Being seen giving your (fake) number to the (ex) bus boy really doesn’t help with the already unreliable job security in the drink-slinging industry. While it totally sucks that there is no cross-platform performance, at least the 10 people in Manhattan with Windows Phone can arrange a late night romp with ease.
