  1. I’ve rooted my phone and would like to unroot it. the problem is that for some reason it says that the battery is less than 30% and won’t let me continue with the installation. I know the battery isn’t less than 30% but it still won’t let me continue. Do you know any way i could get past that part?

    1. Are you using the original battery that came with the phone? Sometimes, those cheap batteries available in the market could cause these kind of errors.

      1. No, i’m using the original battery that came with the phone. plus the htc one v’s battery is non-removable. i cant get it past the boot screen, but when i plug it into charge the notification light become red and then i let it charge until it’s green (full). so the battery is completely fine.

        1. Can you turn ON your device in normal mode? As you’re saying you can’t get it past the boot screen, have you bricked the device?

Clarifying a bit of doubts will help me sort your issues out.

          1. @theunlockr-d25a34b9c2a87db380ecd7f7115882ec:disqus i have the same problem..Ruu is saying battery is low but it is fully charged..i have boot my device in fastboot mode..
            Please sort out my problem

  2. Hi, thank you for your guide, but i have a probably stupid question: which RUU would be the one for my device? in bootloader it says:
    PRIMOU PVT SHIP S-ON RL
    HBOOT-1.16.0000
    RADIO-3831.15.00.19_M
    eMMC-boot
    Mar 13 2012, 20:17:28

    and I live in Germany.

  3. Hi, I already relocked my HTC, but I still can not update or restore my phone.
When I try to update my phone, it just goes to the hboot mode again and again.
    In the HBoot it shows.
    ***RELOCKED***
    *** Security Warning ***
    PRIMOC PUT SHIP S-ON RL
    HBOOT0-1.53.0000
    RADIO0-1.00.00.0521_2
    eMMC-boot
    and then the date.

    Thanks so much!
