4 Tips and Tricks for the Droid Turbo Camera

Holy camera, Batman! The Droid Turbo boasts an impressive 21-megapixel camera. So, let’s make sure we know how to use it. At the most basic level, the Droid Turbo’s camera is extremely easy to use . The twist Gesture Control conjures up the camera with magically efficiency, and the camera snaps pics smoothly and with lightening speed. However, there are a few more bells and whistles that may not be quite so intuitive. Check out our steps below for an explanation of how to use some of the Droid’s most useful camera tricks.

Open Camera Settings

1. Tap Camera.

2. Swipe finger from left to right to bring out the camera settings wheel.

On this wheel, you’ll find a lot of useful tools to help you take the best pictures possible.

Control the Focus

1. Tap the finger pointing at a square.

2. Tap “Turn On.”

3. Tap anywhere on the screen to bring the focus where you want it.

Simply drag the circle-square icon if you want to change the focus.

Take a Panorama

1. Tap the little mountains within a white square to turn the panorama setting on.

2. Slowly move your camera in a circle, as the bar on the panorama symbol at the bottom slowly turns blue.

Try to move at a slow, but consistent pace. Once done successfully, you should have a beautiful panorama picture!

Tag Photos with a Location

1.Tap the location pin icon.

2. Tap “Settings.”

3. If your location consent is turned off, it will bring you to the settings page where you can toggle the button in the upper right corner to it’s blue “on” position.

4. Tap “Agree.”

All your pictures will now be tagged with an exact gps location. You can find the location tag under the “details” section of each photo.
