How to Improve the Touch Screen of the Samsung Galaxy W

Want to improve the touch-screen responsiveness of your Samsung Galaxy W smartphone? Great. The default settings that the device comes with aren’t optimized for better responsiveness and thus you really don’t get to enjoy what your device has to offer you. Here’s how you can improve the touch-screen of your Galaxy W smartphone:

I. Before You Begin:

1. You must have rooted your device before doing this procedure. Please head to our How to Root the Samsung Galaxy W procedure first, finish it, then return to this procedure and continue.

2. You must have CWM Recovery installed on your device. Head to our guide on the same to learn how to do that.

II. Downloading Required Files:

1. Touch Mod (It’s attached in the first post)

III. Improving the Touch Screen of the Samsung Galaxy W:

1. Place the Touch Mod zip onto your Desktop.

2. Connect your device to your PC using the USB cable.

3. Copy the Mod zip over to the root of your SD card.

4. Once it’s been copied, disconnect your device from your PC.

5. Now head on over to Google Play and download and install the Quick Boot app on your device.

6. Once the app’s been installed, launch it from your App Drawer.

7. Hit Recovery option in the app and your device will reboot into the CWM Recovery mode.

8. Once inside Recovery, select install zip from sdcard followed by choose zip from sdcard.

9. Choose the Touch Mod zip to be flashed on your device.

10. It’ll start flashing the mod on your device

11. Once it has been flashed, reboot your device.

12. You’re done!

Great! Once you’re booted up, you’ll realize that the touch-screen has become more responsive than before!
