How To: Force the Samsung Galaxy Tab to Display Apps in Full Screen Mode

I. Force it to Display Properly
1. On the device, download and install Spare Parts from the Market.
2. Open Spare Parts and scroll down to Compatibility Mode and uncheck it, then recheck it back on.
3. Reboot the device.
4. Once rebooted, go back to Spare Parts and scroll down to Compatibility Mode and uncheck it again (do NOT recheck it this time, leave it off).
5. Reboot the device.
6. Once it reboots open Spare Parts one last time to see if Spare Parts itself now is full screen, if it is, you are all set! Enjoy!
