Android 4.2.1 Update Revives The Month Of December And Offers Other Fixes To Nexus Devices
We recently reported that the latest version of Google’s operating system was less than perfect with its high number of bugs. One highly publicized glitch was found in the People app, which only displayed 11 months in a year and completely left out the month of December. The now infamous December glitch hopefully motivated Google to push out a fast fix.
Nexus-branded devices are now receiving a small Android 4.2.1 update which claims to revive the month of December and fix the annoying connectivity problem which left users entirely without Bluetooth. No word yet if the 4.2.1 fixes the drain on battery life or those pesky reboots that Android 4.2 caused. We do know that the update doesn’t mess with the tweak that enables the Nexus 4 to operate on LTE networks.
