Facebook iPhone app gets a facelift
While the release notes did profess fixing “various bugs” and bringing “improved security,” they did not include info on the changes that were blatantly obvious – improvements to the UI on profile pages. Users will now find two new buttons on the top similar to the Facebook desktop version, Share Photo and Write Post, which should make for some quick status updates and on the fly image sharing. One more hidden feature that is new is the ability now to save pictures from the app, which can be done by tapping the arrow while the photo is open and selecting Save Photo.
