How to Install RZ Recovery on Galaxy Mini Smartphone

If you want a different custom recovery than what most of the users are using now, then RZ Recovery is the perfect option for you. RZ Recovery consists of so many great features that make your phone much easy to use. Here’s a guide on how you can install RZ Recovery on your Galaxy Mini smartphone.

I. Before You Begin:

1. You must have rooted your Galaxy Mini Smartphone before doing this procedure. Please head to our how to root Galaxy Mini procedure first, finish it, then return to this procedure and continue.

2. You must have ClockworkMod Recovery installed on your phone. Please refer to our how to install ClockworkMod Recovery on Galaxy Mini guide for the installation steps.

3. Make sure that your phone is charged at least 60%.

II. Downloading Required Files:

1. Download the RZ Recovery File from here.

III. Installing RZ Recovery on Galaxy Mini Smartphone:

1. Download and place the recovery file onto your Desktop.

2. Connect your phone to your PC/Laptop using the USB cable.

3. Copy the recovery file to your phone’s SD card storage root folder.

4. Disconnect your phone from the PC.

5. Turn OFF your phone using the Power key.

6. Reboot your phone into the ClockworkMod Recovery. To do so, press and hold Volume UP+Home+Power keys together.

7. From the recovery menu, select install zip from sdcard option followed by choose zip from sdcard.

8. Choose the RZ Recovery file you copied to your phone for flashing.

9. It will begin flashing the recovery.

10. After the recovery is successfully installed on your phone, choose reboot system now from the recovery menu.
