How to Unroot the Acer Liquid Mini

Have you had enough playing with your rooted Acer Liquid Mini smartphone? Want to unroot it so you can reclaim its warranty? No worries, here’s how you can do that. Unrooting the Acer Liquid Mini is as easy as pie, here’s how:

I. Before You Begin:

1. You must have rooted your device using the procedure given here. If you used any other method to root your device, this procedure might not work for you.

2. This works on Windows based PCs only.

II. Downloading Required Files:

1. Unroot Package (Download link’s given in the post #145)

III. Unrooting the Acer Liquid Mini:

1. Place the Unroot Package archive onto your Desktop.

2. Unzip files from the archive over to your Desktop.

3. Enable the USB debugging option on your device by going to Menu>>Settings>>Applications>>Development>>USB debugging.

4. Enable the Unknown sources option as well by going to Menu>>Settings>>Applications>>Unknown sources.

5. Plug in your device to your PC via USB cable.

6. Run the RUNME-UNROOT.bat file available on your Desktop.

7. Follow the on-screen instructions to unroot your device.

8. You’re all done!

Brilliant! You’ve successfully unrooted your Acer Liquid Mini smartphone and you’re good to go now!
